Because our business is service-based and not product-based, traditional physical returns do not apply.
However, we maintain a fair and transparent refund and service resolution policy to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
After review, we may offer one of the following:

A service credit for future bookings
All resolutions are provided at the company’s discretion after evaluating the concern.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Service was completed as requested and agreed

Issues reported after 24 hours of completion

Pre-existing damage, stains, or conditions outside normal cleaning or maintenance scope

Delays caused by weather, building access, elevators, or third-party restrictions
4. Deposits & Booking Fees
Some services may require an advance deposit or booking fee.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Deposits may be rescheduled or credited if cancellation is made 24+ hours in advance.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To avoid charges:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

We will always try to reschedule at a convenient time when possible.
6. Damage Claims
If you believe damage occurred during service:

Allow us opportunity to inspect or correct the issue
Verified damage caused directly by our team may be:

Partially reimbursed
based on fair assessment.
